After an intense time surrounding the 4th edition of the Sounds of Veritas Festival, we wanted to show our appreciation to the volunteers who helped make the festival happen. Last weekend, we invited our volunteers to Stara Morawa, where a unique retreat awaited us: 4 Żywioły - yurts and dome houses in the Sudetes.

It was a weekend filled with nature, music, conversations and time spent together. In the evenings, music filled the air around the campfire. First there was the guitar and later the sounds of instruments brought by Przemek. Before long, our shared playing turned into an improvised rhythm that brought everyone together. 

We started Saturday actively, heading into the mountains to conquer some peaks and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area. The weather was perfect, and the views along the way made us wish our rest breaks could last forever. There was time for movement, admiring nature, but also for slowing down and catching our breath.

Breakfasts were prepared by Agatka and Łukasz, who certainly never ran out of ideas. Every morning, they surprised us with something new and delicious. Between activities, there was also plenty of space for conversations, laughter, relaxation and simply spending time together without rushing.

In the evenings, Holimo Hotel SPA welcomed us for dinner, offering delicious meals and a wonderful space where we could sit together around one table. It was another opportunity to slow down after an active day, talk and simply enjoy each other’s company. Thank you for your hospitality, warm welcome and delicious dinner, which was a beautiful finishing touch to our shared day. Holimo Hotel SPA, gdzie czekały na nas smaczne posiłki i przestrzeń, w której mogliśmy wspólnie spędzić czas przy jednym stole. To był kolejny moment, który pozwolił zatrzymać się po aktywnym dniu, porozmawiać i po prostu pobyć razem. Dziękujemy za gościnność, ciepłe przyjęcie i pyszną kolację, która była pięknym dopełnieniem naszego wspólnego dnia.

This trip was an opportunity to meet not only as people working together on the festival, but as a group of people who have created something truly special together. Volunteers are a huge part of the Sounds of Veritas Festival. Your energy, commitment and willingness to get involved are what give the festival its unique character. 

Thank you for all your help, your smiles, your ideas and your kind words. Thank you for being with us before the festival, during the festival and whenever it was time to roll up our sleeves and get things done. This weekend was our way of saying: thank you!
