Another sound session took place at CAL Maślice, led by Barbara and Krzysztof Kubiak. The event brought together people seeking a moment of rest, calm, and space for deeper connection with themselves.

During the session, participants were immersed in the sounds of instruments with an archaic and organic character, such as gongs, singing bowls, handpan, Koshi and pentatonic chimes, an ocean drum, a rainstick, and a sansula. The live-created soundscape supported physical relaxation, tension release, and mental calm.

Sound acts as a natural regulator—it supports the nervous system, reduces stress levels, and guides brainwaves into rhythms that promote regeneration. It is an experience that harmonizes and helps restore balance.

The session was not only a musical experience but also an opportunity to build community and share mindful presence. Participants highlighted the atmosphere of peace, safety, and authentic connection that accompanied the entire event.

Meetings of this kind are an important part of our activities, aimed at supporting the emotional, spiritual, and relational development of the community.
