On May 2nd, we invite you to take part in two free events led by us during the Cyrkulacje Festival in Wrocław.

At 3:00 PM, at Studio na Grobli (Grotowski Institute), Krzysztof Kubiak will lead a workshop titled “A Spark for Life: a path of trials, errors, and cooperation.” This is a group exercise involving decision-making, uncertainty, collaboration, mistakes and feedback. During the workshop, you’ll be able to explore what happens when we don’t have ready-made answers whether we act, withdraw, observe others, or try to find a shared path. After the experience, there will be time for a conversation about how we learn in a group and what helps us move through uncertainty with greater awareness and trust. This workshop is a short glimpse of what young people may experience in the “A Spark for Life” program. „Zajawka na życie”.

In the evening, at 10:00 PM, we invite you to a relaxation concert by the Veritas Foundation & The Luminous Lion Sound Journey at the Grotowski Institute’s Performing Arts Center (Piekarnia Żywa Kultura). This is a space where sound helps you return to your body, notice your breath, release tension and calm the mind. The music, based on intuitive improvisation and presence, supports connection with oneself and a sense of inner balance. The Luminous Lion Sound Journey w Centrum Sztuk Performatywnych Instytutu Grotowskiego (Piekarnia Żywa Kultura). To przestrzeń, w której dźwięk pomaga wrócić do ciała i zauważyć oddech, rozluźnić napięcia oraz wyciszyć umysł. Muzyka oparta na intuicyjnej improwizacji i obecności wspiera kontakt ze sobą i poczucie wewnętrznej równowagi.
