Education in Motion

The film has become part of Wrocław’s educational initiative “Education in Motion”, designed for students in grades 7–8 of primary schools and secondary schools.
Thanks to this program, teachers in Wrocław can incorporate the film screening into their lesson plans — offering students a range of valuable benefits, such as:

  • Improved health awareness: The film demonstrates how physical movement positively affects mood, concentration, and overall well-being.
  • Inspiration for self-development: The real-life stories featured in the film can motivate young people to explore their potential and navigate life’s challenges.
  • Emotional skill-building: Students gain a better understanding of the body–mind connection, helping them manage their emotions more effectively.
  • Support during difficult times: The film can serve as a valuable tool of emotional support, especially for youth facing mental health challenges.

Meeting with students of the University of Physical Education

The meeting was an opportunity to reflect on the impact of movement on mental and emotional health. A screening of a segment from the documentary film served as a starting point for a discussion on how conscious, everyday movement can support concentration, emotional regulation, and a sense of inner balance.

Particular attention was given to the difference between competitive sports and movement understood as a mindfulness practice, accessible to everyone regardless of performance or fitness level. The students’ own voices also highlighted that movement can be not only part of training but also a tool for self-discovery and real support in daily life. The meeting provided a space for mindful dialogue, exchange of experiences, and mutual inspiration.
